This is how it works:

1. Click on Unit Selections.

2. Click on the link Apartment Tower (A, B or C) or Terrace Houses (A to E).

3. Chose Floor if applicable.

4. Click on the Unit and then More Details.

5. Click on Contact Us and enter details as required; Subject “Purchase of Unit”.

You will receive a confirmation of your email immediately as well as a Booking Form by email.

Fill out the form and email it back to us and arrange payment of the reservation fee within 7 days from receiving the Booking Form; please send payment slip by email so we can confirm the transfer.

After receiving the booking fee you will receive a Sales & Purchase (S&P) Agreement by email; please sign and send it back either via email (scanned) or registered mail. We will countersign and send one copy back to you.

You can also make your reservation by visiting our offices in Singapore or Thailand or through your agent.

Your first down payment as laid out in the S&P Agreement should be made within 30 days after you have received the signed S&P Agreement from us.
